Sterling Square

Sterling Square, located on Spokane’s South Hill, is at the corner of 30th Street and South Grand Blvd, and provides mixed-use development with over 18,000 square feet of commercial space.

The architecture of Sterling Square offers a beautiful, inviting landscape and a fascia that gives an individual appearance. Each space is well furnished with high-efficiency heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment. Completed tenant improvements can normally be available within four to eight weeks of lease execution.

Sterling Savings Bank anchors this “class A” center on the South Hill that boasts an outstanding visual exposure with a large, unobtrusive, rotating monument sign.

Sterling Square is located on the corner of 30th and South Grand Blvd. on Spokane’s South Hill. Traffic counts at the intersection of S. Grand and 29th are presently 14,500 cars per day. This major intersection subsequently gives Sterling Square excellent visual exposure and increased traffic flow.

Sterling Square has the added advantage of being located within blocks of Rite-Aid, Lamonts, Super 1 Foods, Sherwin Williams Paints, and a United States Post Office.

Currently up to 1,280 – 5,000 square feet is available for lease. Lease terms range from three to ten years for building standard finish space with NO PERCENTAGE RENTS. This includes demising walls sheet-rocked, taped and painted. Dropped ceilings, lights, high-efficiency furnace for heating/ventilating/air-conditioning on an “open space” basis.

Sterling Square was built in two phase-  the first in 1989 and the second in 1994 – and is the newest commercial development to be built on Spokane’s South Hill.

Sterling Square has ample parking for customers and employees.
